1. Agreement to these terms

By visiting this website, sending a message, requesting a quote or starting a project conversation, you agree to use the website and services in a respectful and lawful way.

A project may also have its own written quote, invoice, message confirmation or project agreement. If a project-specific agreement says something different, that project-specific agreement controls the project.

2. Services offered

Seyvo Studio may provide simple website-related services such as:

Showcase websites

Small business websites built to explain services, build trust and make contact easy.

Landing pages

Focused pages for one offer, campaign, launch, waitlist or local service.

Simple redesigns

Cleaner structure, updated visuals, improved copy flow and mobile-friendly presentation.

3. Project scope, revisions and changes

Each project should have a clear scope before work begins. The scope may include the number of pages, main sections, required features, design direction, contact methods, languages, launch help and expected timeline.

  • Small text and layout adjustments are normally part of the review process.
  • New pages, new features or a major design direction change may require a new quote.
  • Delays in feedback, missing content or late changes can move the launch date.
  • Work should be approved in writing before the website is treated as final.

4. Client content and permissions

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, legal business details, images, brand assets, product/service descriptions and any required permissions for content supplied to Seyvo Studio.

Client-provided content should not include material that is stolen, misleading, harmful or used without permission.

Content type Client responsibility Studio use
Logo and brand assets Confirm ownership or permission Use them in the website design
Photos and videos Confirm usage rights Crop, optimize and place them on the site
Business text Check accuracy and claims Organize and polish the copy
Contact information Provide correct email and links Add them to buttons, forms or footer areas

5. Quotes, deposits and payment

Prices are not listed publicly on the website because each project can be different. A quote may depend on the number of pages, design complexity, languages, custom features, launch needs and support requirements.

  • A project may require a deposit before work begins.
  • Remaining payment may be required before final delivery or launch.
  • Extra work outside the approved scope may be quoted separately.
  • Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, plugins or paid tools may be separate.

6. Communication and feedback

Clear feedback helps the project move faster. The client should review drafts carefully, group feedback when possible, and confirm important decisions in writing so there is a shared record.

Seyvo Studio may pause work if essential content, access, approval or feedback is missing for too long. The project can resume when the needed information is provided.

7. Launch, hosting and support

Launch support may include preparing files, connecting a domain, checking responsive layout, testing contact links, reviewing basic SEO fields and helping the client understand what is live.

Some websites depend on outside services such as hosting companies, domain registrars, email providers, analytics tools or form services. Seyvo Studio can help connect them, but cannot control downtime, policy changes, billing issues or technical limits from those providers.

8. Ownership and portfolio use

After the project is paid in full, the client normally receives the agreed final website deliverables for their business use. Seyvo Studio keeps ownership of reusable methods, internal tools, general know-how, non-client-specific components and previous design/development experience.

Seyvo Studio may ask to show completed work in a portfolio, case study or social post. If a client needs a project to stay private, that should be discussed before publication.

9. Website use and prohibited behavior

Visitors and clients agree not to use this website or services to:

  • send spam, malware, fake requests or abusive messages;
  • attempt to break, copy or misuse the website;
  • request work that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful;
  • provide content they do not have permission to use;
  • impersonate another person, business or organization.

10. Limits, changes and cancellation

A website project is a creative and technical service. While Seyvo Studio aims to deliver careful work, no website can guarantee specific sales, rankings, traffic, messages, conversions or business results.

If a project is cancelled, payment for work already completed, time already spent, third-party costs or approved deliverables may still be due depending on the project agreement.

11. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated when services, website features, project process or legal information changes. The date at the top shows the latest update.

12. Questions about terms

For questions about these terms, a quote, project scope, revisions, delivery or launch support, contact Seyvo Studio before starting the project.
